Roxbury Place Apartments is an independent living complex which opened in 2019, to serve seniors (55+) in Johnstown and the surrounding community. Developed by the Buckeye Hope Community Foundation, Roxbury Place offers 43 affordable housing units (one- or two-bedroom in size) as well as a management office, mail area, laundry area, activity and community spaces, and a wellness room.

All units are designed to be handicapped accessible, with the property also including an activity center, library and a fitness room for residents. Ohio Valley Drywall Supply provided the drywall and metal framing for the ~$7 million project in Johnstown, PA.
