Located one block from the Penn State University campus, the new 12-story building, officially called HERE at State College debuts in the fall of 2020. HERE brings 227 furnished apartments with a total of 734 beds and two levels of retail and restaurants to the Happy Valley community, utilizing more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space in downtown State College, PA.
Featuring a variety of floor plans – all appointed with designer furniture and other luxurious amenities – the property also includes a retail courtyard, rooftop deck & lounge, health & fitness center, club room, study lounge with computers and several private study areas.
HERE at State College is phase one of a potential two-phase project. Ohio Valley Drywall Supply provided metal framing and drywall to the project.
